When a manufacturer of industrial components decided to expand into South and Central America, it asked the firm to prepare a distributorship agreement which spelled out its obligations and the dealer's corresponding responsibilities while engendering a spirit of co-operation. We not only authored an appropriate agreement, but also arranged to have the document translated into the respective languages, assuring that the client's intentions were properly communicated.

Having acquired by merger a number of competitive medical practices, our client needed to have all existing office leases reviewed, and reviewed quickly. We did so, highlighting key terms, noting areas of concern and recommending modifications for easy reference by our client’s facilities manager. Future lease negotiations were made easier by our creation of a variety of standard provisions addressing the client's unique requirements.

When a high-end sports theme restaurant was ready to expand nationwide from its successful Florida base, it called on us to draft contract documents which would encourage interested and viable investors, and protect its concept. We met the challenge by preparing appropriate offering circulars and other franchise documents for compliance with a number of different states’ franchise and investment regulations.
