Peter practices primarily in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. He has significant experience representing subcontractors, general contractors, material suppliers and owners on such matters as payment disputes, mechanics’ lien and bond claims and defect allegations.
Representative Experience
Construction – Filed and argued a significant delay claim for subcontractor’s work at Miami International Airport; initiated and prosecuted a contested lien foreclosure on behalf of a subcontractor against residential owner; on behalf of sub-subcontractor on condominium project successfully sued the surety and general contractor for payment.
