Peter B. Rowell Peter is a 2005 graduate from the University of Miami School of Law, having obtained his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Arizona. He has focused his practice on construction law and joins us with experience in the representation of contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and owners on a variety of matters, including defect claims, lien issues and payment disputes.
