Peter H. Leavy Peter graduated from the University of Vermont in 1966 and obtained his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1971. He has been a full time practicing attorney in Miami for over 35 years, during which time he has primarily handled commercial cases, with an emphasis on construction as well as landlord-tenant litigation. He has significant first chair jury trial experience and has successfully argued a number of appellate cases, some with important ramifications to the construction industry. Peter holds the highest available ranking from Martindale-Hubbell, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Florida’s state courts.
