A practicing attorney in Miami for over ten years, Doron is well-versed in all facets of the litigation process and brings to bear the full force of his experience in pre-suit investigation, civil procedure, hearing and trial practice and post-judgment enforcement. He concentrates on the litigation of construction and commercial disputes, including building defects, liens, payment disagreements, interpretation of contracts and controversies between businesses.

Representative Experience

Commercial Disputes – Advised a health care provider in a trade secret and breach of contract action brought by an HMO relating to a patient non-solicitation agreement; represented a leading apparel manufacturer prosecuting a trademark infringement action; assisted a janitorial services company in a claim brought under the local Living Wage Ordinance.

Construction – Represented a construction company and its principal defending against a fraudulent concealment claim in a multi-million dollar complex condominium defect action; defended an engineering company which had performed construction inspection and contract administration services on a Miami-Dade County expressway project, damaged during Hurricane Katrina, in a suit brought by the general contractor and the County; successfully assisted an interior designer in claims brought by a homeowner for incomplete and substandard work; defended a window and door installation company in a defect case involving a palatial luxury residence in Palm Beach County.
