Doron Weiss A 2000 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, Doron obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa. In the course of performing a variety of research and writing assignments during a clerkship in Gainesville and working as trial court staff attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida in Miami, Doron gained valuable insights on effective lawyering before both judges and juries. Doron is well-versed in all facets of pre-suit investigation, court procedure, trial practice and post-judgment enforcement. In 2003 he co-authored a winning brief presented to the Florida Supreme Court involving Florida’s version of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. Admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Florida’s state courts, Doron has argued and litigated matters before state, federal and arbitration forums.
