Daniel Morman Graduated with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1981, obtained his J.D. in 1984 from Temple University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 1986. Dan spent several years as an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service, representing the government in all phases of tax litigation before the United States Tax Court. He was also appointed by the United States Department of Justice to serve on the Panel of Bankruptcy Trustees for the District of Delaware and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Dan is admitted to practice before the state courts of Florida, New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
