Coverage Disputes – Successfully dismissed several declaratory judgment actions against a major insurance client; defended a variety of liability and property claims on both commercial and personal lines policies; resisted a number of claims based on the insured’s failure to comply with post loss obligations, including the failure to provide prompt notice, timely sworn proofs of loss and supporting documentation.
